Sometimes different groups of employees need different information – news digests, industry reviews, reports, thematic selections, event announcements. Doing this through the standard system administrator interface is not always convenient, especially if there are many mailing options and recipient groups.

Topics Directory

  • Users manage their subscriptions through special interface

Types of Mailings

  • One-time mailings – single send
  • Periodic mailings – scheduled sending
  • Ability to plan future sends

Email Templates

The application allows creating email templates with:

  • HTML markup
  • JavaScript code
  • Information from system database

This allows generating emails with flexible content and formatting according to corporate standards.

Analytics and Reporting

Administrators have access to reports for analysis:

  • Number of channel subscribers
  • Statistics of generated emails
  • Statistics of sent emails
