E-learning Community Meeting in Kyiv

New Location – DTEK Academy

On March 20, 2019, an E-learning community meeting took place in Kyiv at a new location – DTEK Academy!

Meeting Program

We covered two relevant topics:

• Marketing in HR and HR in Marketing
• Use of VR/AR Technologies in Learning

VR Technologies in Learning

Andriy Kubay discussed the use of VR technologies in learning in general and detailed the course development process.

Participants reviewed many examples of already developed courses that use various interactives and VR technologies.

Marketing for HR

Ihor Rusetskyi discussed:

• What marketing is in general
• Whether marketing is needed in HR
• Which marketing tools to use in HR

Brand Persona

Ihor showed how to create a brand persona that helps facilitate making the right decisions for the company.
